In this arrangement we will have an interest in the land and take over the property for a certain term. As such, under a lease structure, Eland Hospitality Group will hold the entire financial burden.   5. When Eland Hospitality Group is engaged to provide Pre-Opening Services, there are a wide range of activities that we will undertake as the owners representative. Normally, the services are provided with a Hotel Management Agreement in place for the operating management of the hotel.
